I'm not sure if the show cops actually exists not or not, but this is hilarious. When I first heard the audio, I honestly thought it was a guy and his friend just playing around, but it's actually a black little person getting arrested, and proclaiming "I CAN BREAK THESE CUFFS!" I like how he doesn't even try to "break those cuffs." You've all probably heard the audio before, but I just wanted to share the actual video.
