Skylanders are a load of bull

Alright, I went to my Cousin's house, he showed me this game called Skylanders, he really enjoys it.
I was wondering why he has all these figures of the characters in the game, it was a Wii game, I said to myself that the game must've been chocked full of level and stuff like that, unable to put actual characters in the game. (Wii discs are 2 gigs, last time I checked.) I asked him, he told he had to BUY these infernal pieces of plastic. They can't be that expensive, can they? So I checked the price on Google, to find out they're 10 DOLLARS EACH!!!
What happens every time you buy a Skylander.
I feel bad for my uncle, having to buy a Skylander every week (or day!) or so.

The Game sold extraordinarily well during the holidays, enough to fuel another set of toys and a sequel.
Anyway, my other little Cousin has this game, and he's relatively well with collecting the plastic toys,
"Oh man, this is awesome! The starter pack characters are great, and there are so many other dudes I can collect! I want this one and this one and this one! Not this one, maybe this one, this one looks stupid." And my other little cousin is more like this:
"I MUST HAVE ALL OF THESE. I WILL PLACE THEM ON MY SHELF, AND ONLY LOOK AT THEM WHEN THE TIME COMES TO DUST THEM."
in short, if this goes the way Activison plans, they will have too much money.
